Vision

Love Fellowship International Churches was founded by Bishop Earnest J. Hamilton October 2002. The fellowship was derived from a God given desire to see a different fellowship for churches, coming together for the purpose of unity. Unifying Local and National churches together, forms, one strong link of chain, through unity and love. It’s through love and fellowship that we work until we come to the unity, of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man. We stand boldly upon the Word of God, to defy the powers of division and deception within the body of Christ.

Love Fellowship is not a denomination; we are an association of Pastors, Teachers, Ministers, Elders, Prophets, Apostles, and Bishops. Most importantly, we are churches that are:

• Inspired by a Spirit of Love.
• Develops Character.
• A Strong Process of Building.
• Depositing Enriching and Nurturing Skills.
• Disciples and Doers of the Word of God.
• Believe in Discipleship-leading persons to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of their lives.
• Nurture persons to have a genuine intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Accept the teachings of Jesus Christ as the Standard of Truth.
• Disciplined to apply learned biblical principles to our daily lives.
• Duplicate and teach others, to incorporate what we have learned into their lives.
• Working for the Kingdom of God, with the right motives.

We are comprised of many denominations, from many different churches, under the direction of God. Each ministry functions in a way to achieve the maximum results for your church and your individual ministries. We believe that every member of Love Fellowship should focus on what the bible says in Phil 4-8, “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if any virtue, and if any praise, think on these things.” To experience God’s Peace and Freedom from anxiety, we must fix our minds on those things that are true, noble, right, pure, etc…If you do these things, says Paul, the God of Peace shall be with you. We must be honest with ourselves, as to where we are spiritually, and naturally. We must act with excellence. We must remember we have made a promise to God, to walk worthy of the vocation where with which ye are called.

We are experiencing a very rapid rate of growth and acceptance within the fellowship. We want you and your church to be a part of this move of God. We are not interested in running your church; we just want to compliment your assignment from God, through fellowship and building the Kingdom of God. My desire is to see every church overflowing in the blessings of God , to be a support system, The bible says in Luke 22:32, “but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not; and when thou are converted, strengthen thy brethren,’ the word converted means improved. We must remember that once we have been improved, then go back and help others as well; we are not a fellowship just holding meetings, but we are here to help strengthen you as a leader in your ability to better serve those you pastor, and to help those you pastor, to care better for you.

As bishop of Love Fellowship, it is my prayer that we come together and support. I Cor. 1:9-10, says, “God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his son Jesus Christ our Lord. Now, I beseech you brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you; But that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”

Bishop Earnest Hamilton’s Biography

Bishop Earnest Hamilton started his ministry on Sunday, March 20, 1987. Bishop Hamilton served the Lord as an anointed evangelist preaching in jails, on the street corners and through out the Chicago land area, touching many lives, both young and old. With this passion and commitment to serve God’s people, He founded the Philippians Temple COGIC, after five years of dedicated service; He was appointed Leader and Pastor of Greater Holy Temple Church of God In Christ. While at Greater Holy Temple COGIC, Bishop Hamilton was called upon by Bishop Louis Ford for support and architectural assistance in the construction of All Saints University in Memphis TN. He also served as Administrative Assistant to Bishop Robert R. Sanders, Presiding Prelate of the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Illinois. Pastor Hamilton believing there was a need to spread the good news and be of help to his residential neighborhood established the Christian Community Center of Bolingbrook. This Parish operated for nearly two years being a viable source of gospel, good news and help for the residents of Bolingbrook.

Bishop Hamilton having such a great love for the people established the Hamilton Foundation of Chicago, Inc. This non-profit organization, fed over 15,000 homeless men, women and children, provided youth recreation and sports program and family/individual counseling. The Hamilton Foundation became one of the first non-profit organizations to establish a “Second Chance” program for 1st time offenders. The program provided 1st time offenders job placement and assistance with transitioning back into society. The Hamilton Foundation also provided HIV Counseling, Education and Prevention. Bishop Hamilton has numerous credits to his ministerial career. He’s been called upon by Presidential Bill Clinton, Senator Hilary Clinton, Todd Stroger, Congressman Danny K. Davis and Mayor Richard Daley.

Bishop Hamilton felt it was time to spread out and have a cutting edge ministry. This ministry wouldn’t be bound by traditional repressions, but of a new age. Understanding that people are looking for a church that can provide educational training, day care, guidance and support for meeting the needs of its parishioners, Bishop Hamilton made the courageous decision to leave the Church of God In Christ and establish Love Fellowship International Churches. The Love Fellowship International Church as dominated and taken ministry as we know it to a new level. The Love Fellowship International Church celebrates its Seventh Year Anniversary…

Bishop Hamilton continues to reach new milestones in his walk with God, On April 25, 2003, He received his Doctorate of Divinity. In 2004, Love Fellowship International Churches established a permanent ministry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2007, Bishop Hamilton lead Greater Holy Temple Ministries to Phase I of their Newly Constructed Church and Worship Center.
